Shame on me!

I started a pair of socks last night when I should really be starting the shawl instead! I should be so ashamed... but I'm not! I love the new sock yarn I just got and I love the pattern I'm using (Ocean Socks from The Knit List in KnitPicks' "Dancing" sock yarn in the "Jig" colorway), and I should have a little project like that anyway, just to take a break from the shawl (once I actually start working on it!)

I did the ribbing last night and will be starting the "Seaweed" pattern in the body of the sock today. I think it's going to look really nice in the yarn I'm using. No pictures yet, hopefully soon though...
